We might collect personal data from our customers and suppliers for contractual purposes, such as names, email addresses or telephone numbers.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data center or server. We also use a Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") Tool – Hubspot - to track emails or record calls, improve and manage our sales processes. Calls are only recorded with the express consent of the data subjects.

We use Chimpmail as our marketing platform and collect email addresses, first and last name, Trackers and Usage Data of subscribers to our newsletter. We process these email addresses in order to send news and updates about our company. If further agreed by the data subject, we may use the email address and/or phone number provided to reach out for commercial purposes.

If you agreed to join our talent pool, we need to collect your name and a way to reach out to you such as an email address or a phone number.

Finally, we might collect personal data such as names, surnames, IDs or passports, date and place of birth, nationality, email address, phone number and business role when conducting our KYC procedure.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties not referred to under this Privacy Policy, nor do we sell it or disclose it. We do not use your personal data in any way to make automated decisions or do profiling.

  1. How long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data are stored for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Personal data processed for contractual purposes are stored for ten (10) years from the Termination of the Agreement as an archive to meet tax or accounting obligation.

Personal data provided to join our talent pool are stored for a period of three (3) years and will be automatically deleted thereafter. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data in the talent pool at any time, in accordance with “§6. Your rights”.

Personal data collected for marketing and analytics purposes is retained in accordance with the applicable policies of our tracking and analytics providers.

— Exercise your right to rectification to correct any information believed to be inaccurate or incomplete;
