Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d)
As Talent Acquisition Specialist at GO2 Markets, you will help us attract and find the right talent to grow our team. By bringing in the right people, you will help us achieve our mission: to create a greener tomorrow together. As the second person on the GO2 People Team, you will work directly with our Head of People – while engaging with our hiring managers and team members across the organization. If you bring genuine curiosity and excitement towards other people, a strong interest in sustainability, and a proactive and structured working style, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities at GO2 Markets
- You will take ownership of our open roles and successfully bring in new team members who share our values and identify with our mission.
- You will identify the best channels to attract talent and conduct active searches on LinkedIn and other platforms, providing a constant funnel of qualified applicants.
- You will review resumes, conduct semi-structured interviews, and coordinate the interview process with our candidates and interviewers.
- You will manage candidate correspondence as you guide them through our process, always prioritizing timely feedback and proactive information.
- You will closely collaborate with our Marketing team to build a unique employer brand, coordinate university co-operations and partnerships, and represent GO2 Markets at talent fairs and other events.
- You will have many opportunities to bring your strengths and interest to other people-related projects.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and bring 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment (full-time or as a student).
- You are a strong proactive communicator in English and German, build trust empathetically, and deliver feedback confidently.
- Prior experience with HR Tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems is a big plus.
- You are highly structured in your way of working and know how to manage your workload and stakeholder expectations.
- You meet people with genuine curiosity and understand that the candidate's experience matters as much as obtaining the correct information.
- You are creative, not afraid to think outside the box, and love bringing in your own ideas – previous experience with Employer Branding can help you.
