Senior Designer (f/m/d)

As a Senior Designer, you will own the visual brand of GO2 and play a key role in the way we convey our mission to the world: To create a greener tomorrow together. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and IT teams and mentor our Junior Designers as we grow. If you are an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for sustainability, this position is for you. This position is offered full-time in Berlin.

Your responsibilities at GO2 Markets

  • You will own the visual GO2 brand and manage our entire brand book.
  • You will develop tools and processes and build scalable UI systems.
  • You will help us re-design our website, and continuously iterate and improve the way we present ourselves online.
  • You will help us develop new products and user interfaces that our customers will love.
  • You will design creative and authentic content for our social media presence, as well as develop templates and marketing materials.
  • You will structure the team’s workload, prioritize design requests, and mentor other Designers in their work and development.

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years of working experience in UI/UX Design and initial experience as a Team Lead and Mentor.
  • You have overseen a re-branding before, or even developed a brand from scratch.
  • You are a strong team player, supportive leader, and are used to collaborating pro-actively across departments.
  • You are autonomous in your work and able to prioritize requests with confidence.
  • You are no stranger to Content Management Systems such as Wordpress or Hubspot, and have worked with different Design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Suite).
  • You are truly passionate about all things Design, follow trends in the industry, and love trying out new ideas.
