At GO2 Markets you will manage our spacious, bright, and modern office space at the canal in Kreuzberg. By supporting your colleagues and making sure the team has everything they need to perform their jobs daily, you will empower us to achieve our mission: creating a greener tomorrow together.

Your responsibilities at GO2 Markets
- Your mission is to manage our spacious, modern office loft close to the canal in Berlin Kreuzberg
- You take care of our order management, making sure the team has everything they need, from IT equipment & stationery to snacks & refreshments
- You are the number one contact person for the landlord, insurances, and other external stakeholders
- You will handle incoming mail, keep our inventory up-to-date, and help us constantly improve our filing system and processes
- You will be a part of our on- & offboarding experience, hand out work equipment, and help the team trouble-shoot if IT questions arise
- You will be responsible for travel management at GO2 Markets and support our Finance & Operations team with other administrative and accounting tasks such as our clerical payments & payroll duties, invoice process, and financial statements
- You will help us coordinate workshops, team events, and other get-togethers
Your profile
- You ideally have a background in business, accounting, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant working experience – knowledge of the German HGB is a big plus
- You are extremely thorough and detail-oriented and know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- You speak and write both German and English on a business professional or native level
- You are highly self-organized and can handle and prioritize multiple requests at the same time while pro-actively managing stakeholder’s expectations
- You love to work with people and want to become an integral part of a passionate team, bringing in your own ideas and making a positive impact on our work environment
- You have a passion for sustainability and will always look for ways to integrate this into your work at GO2 Markets
- You love to learn and embrace the option to broaden your role over time and to take on new responsibilities
