Business Development Representative (f/m/d)

We’re seeking qualified business development representatives who help us generate new business by identifying potential customers and giving them a world-class introduction to our products and services. Our business development representatives have a strong understanding of our product portfolio, excel at generating new leads, and always aim at gaining an in-depth understanding of our customer’s needs. If you are ambitious and passionate about making a real difference in the fight against climate change, this position is for you.
This position is offered full-time and in Berlin. We embrace hybrid work.

What you will do

  • Your mission is to generate new business opportunities to fuel GO2 Markets’ growth
  • You will create and prioritize strategic accounts within a defined territory and consult them on their sustainability goals by offering our products and services
  • You identify and reach out to new prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls; always focusing on giving a great first impression
  • You will achieve monthly quotas of qualified leads and connect them with the right internal team(s)
  • You will continuously coordinate with the team to ensure company standards are being met and support with market research and competitor monitoring
  • You will constantly and pro-actively expand your knowledge in the field of sustainability and renewable energy solutions

Who you are

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales and hold a Bachelor’s degree; knowledge of environmental markets and solutions is a plus
  • You are tech-savvy and no stranger to Excel and CRM tools
  • You are a proactive and persistent communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and easily connect with different stakeholders
  • You are a great listener, skilled at understanding the customer’s needs, and able to match them with a successful solution
  • You are highly motivated to generate business and persistent in your approach to win over new clients, but you value transparency and integrity along the process
  • You are self-driven and autonomous in your work, ORGANISATION
  • You feel at home in a start-up environment and are eager to bring in your own ideas where you feel processes can be improved
