Business Development Representative (f/m/d)

As Business Development Representative at GO2 Markets, you will develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and always aim to gain an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ needs. This position is the ideal starting point if you want a customer-facing career within the Renewables & Sustainable industry.

This position is offered full-time and in Berlin. This position can be set up as a 6-months internship towards the end of your university program or as an entry-level role.

What you will do

  • Your mission is to generate new business opportunities to fuel GO2 Markets’ growth.
  • By offering our products and services, you will create and prioritize strategic accounts within a defined territory and consult them on their sustainability goals.
  • You identify and reach out to new prospects, set appointments, and make effective qualifying sales calls, always focusing on giving a great first impression.
  • You will continuously coordinate with the team to ensure company standards are being met and support with market research and competitor monitoring.
  • You will constantly and proactively expand your knowledge of sustainability and renewable energy solutions.

Your profile

  • You are studying Business or Sustainability and have completed your first 2 years or are about to graduate.
  • You have initial experience in B2B sales or another customer-facing role; knowledge of environmental markets is a plus.
  • You are a proactive and persistent communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and easily connect with different stakeholders – in English and additionally, either in German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, or Norwegian.
  • You are a great listener, skilled at understanding the customer’s needs, and able to match them with a successful solution.
  • You are highly motivated to generate business and persistent in your approach to winning over new clients, but you value transparency and integrity along the process.
  • You are self-driven, autonomous, and highly organized in your work.
