What products can I manage in GO2+?
Currently, only GoO (Guarantees of Origin) supported. More product types will be added in future releases.
Can I access GO2+ on mobile?
GO2+ is mobile-optimized. You can view proposals and matches, comment and reply, and receive notifications on the go. For quicker access, add GO2+ to your home screen to use it like an app.
Can I add multiple products in one go?
Click “+ Add another product” in the creation form. A new form will open, pre-filled with details from the previous one. Just review, adjust as needed, and submit. Each product creates a separate proposal card.
What is a match and how is it scored?
A match occurs when proposals align on country, technology, and production year. GO2+ then scores matches (0–100%) based on fields like Support type, Volume, Delivery date, Commissioning year, Registry, and Labels.
How can I reach to archived proposals?
Archived proposals won’t be matchable or visible anymore. An Archive page showing your past proposals will be available in upcoming releases.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Make sure you’re logged in and have notifications enabled in your GO2+ settings, as well as in your browser and mobile app settings.
How do I create a proposal?
Click “+ Add new” and fill out the form. Note that proposal creation is not yet available on mobile.
Can I export a proposal as text?
Use the “Export as Text” button in the proposal details view to generate a plain-text version of the proposal. You can make changes directly in the text field, and the copy button will include any updates you've made.
What happens when a proposal expires?
When the delivery date passes, the proposal is marked as expired and stays visible on the Markets page for the rest of that day. You can still view and comment on it. After that, it’s archived.
How do notifications work?
GO2+ sends in-app notifications to keep you informed about key activity. A red dot on the bell icon means there’s something new you haven’t viewed yet. You’ll get notified when a new proposal is created, when someone mentions you in a comment, or when someone comments on a proposal you’ve engaged with.
How do I know if GO2+ is up to date?
If a new version is available, you'll see a “A new update is available” notification, click it to apply updates. You can also manually check anytime via Settings > Check for Updates.
How can I give feedback?
Your feedback is critical. Use the in-app feedback button on desktop, or contact directly with product team.
